Promotional print advertising farms for sale on the property of the Cucamonga Co. in Cucamonga Canyon, San Bernardino, Calif. The bird's-eye view depicts the company's vineyard, farm subdivisions, the Cucamonga colony and Santa Fe Railroad against a backdrop of the San Gabriel Mountains in the distance. The print also depicts the Riche Hotel and a farmhouse in two inset circular vignettes, and a vignette of farms along the lower margin beside the following text: Showing the celebrated Cucamonga Vineyard and surroundings, being subdivided into 10 and 20 acre farms, and disposed of by the California Immigrant Union.
